My Acura EL has now 14k it still smells brand new I bought it in the 5th of july 1998 no problems its basicaly change de oil and put gaz...

Am 2 weeks away from receving all my Parts:

• -Greddy turbo kit
• -front touring air dam
• -stainless exaust
• -sunroof deflector

I will post photos of the full install step by step!!!!

Just received all my parts The Greddy Kit is the new revised edition ...with better tubing size..ect... the exaust is a 3 1/2 Ractive the wings west Front air dam

  Started the install of the turbo kit....

• Had already installed check valves between intake manifold and MAP sensor (needed 6 check valves)
• First thing is to bolt the oil line benjo on the turbo then bolt the turbo to the manifold..ect
• Second removed the stock manifold this is one of the toughtfest parts really hard bolts to remove
• third removed all the intake plastic intake...
• fourth removed the oil pan and installed the oild return flange
• fifth bolted the turbo assembly to the block
• sixth bolted the T in back of engine block (make sure its tight my install was a bitch oil driping all over)
• seventh bolted exaust downpipe and then all air tubing's..
• last step take ECM fuse out and cranck the motor to build oil pressure...then put back the fuse and start motor..

First test drive AWESOME!!! while running only 5psi boost comes in at 2500-3000 RPM all the way to 7000 RPM redline

Car running Good but gets really hot on hot days....Got an intercooler from a 1994 Eagle talon gonna make custum piping for it....

next mods are:

• Walbro fuel pump intank
• Blow off valve type-S Greddy
• Boost controller thinking about APEX to run 7 psi of Boost intercooled
• Spearco Intercooler and custom piping
• Fields FSC-VTEC controler
• Oil cooler for engine and tranny

Car running strong running 5 psi of boost stock timing and stock fuel system ....gonna install Greddy type-S blow off valve and walbro fuel pump..
 

Car is gonna run 7 psi ounce i do the intercooler setup...and boost controller.

Installed Walbro fuel pump....noticed the car runs more smoothly and now that i can fuel the beast.....

also installed the Greddy blow off valve...really nice blow off valve...really good quality.

  Have to paint the pipe because of the soldering..

finaly an update well nothing new really i sold my muffler to my cousin for his civic si 1998..

My wife was complaining the car was too loud...but its o.k The EL is are family car anyways..

so am gonna try to get it as quiet as possible ..like sportscompact car did to a altima turbo the car

felt like it had no turbo but the power was there...that my goal now for the EL..Silent and deadly!!

one day i will build my weekend warriror its gonna a VERY NASTY BEAST!!! (of course its gonna be a honda)

The Acura EL is still running strong....except one thing has i did its monthly inspection..i found a cracked

oil return line...it formed a kink then it cracked and started to leak ( 1drop) so i bought a heater hose that looks

the same and installed it (It was a real bitch to install has i had to take the blue piping out..ect..)making sure no kinks where

there...so all is good for now.

Car is running strong ......thniking about a intercooler right now for it and a boost controller but still have to decide on

what brand to go with..i love working on honda's this is my third turbo honda i turbocharge....my knowledge is very good

with the D series motors for honda (from fixing blown-head gaskets and maintenance to turbocharge).....

Heres a Pic of my check valve setup to fool the MAP sensor...

Heres a Pic of the motor...Dirty am gonna have to shampoo it soon and have to paint the pipe where the welds

melt it... but probably gonna polish the pipes and valve cover...
